West Midlands
at UKREiiF 2026
We are driving real estate momentum to turn strategy into delivery.
This will be on full display at the UK’s Real Estate Investment and Infrastructure Forum 2026, as our 140+ delegation showcases the region’s £20bn pipeline of investment-ready opportunities and demonstrates its track record on delivery, catalysed by public-private partnerships.
What’s on at the
West Midlands Pavilion?
We will be hosting a content-rich three-day event programme at the 200sqm standalone West Midlands Pavilion, covering all three days of UKREiiF. From early Tuesday morning to Thursday, our Pavilion will be the place to be.
Real estate leaders, public officials and local market leaders will dissect the West Midlands real estate market through five strategic themes: Big Moves, Money Talks, Urban Living, It Starts in the West Midlands and The Next Generation.
Three Cities, Eight Local Authorities
The West Midlands Growth Company and its partners, including the seven local authorities that comprise the West Midlands Combined Authority and Warwickshire, will be presenting over £20bn of investment opportunities with developers, funders and investors.
A thriving regional ecosystem is accelerating delivery and unlocking major schemes through effective public-private partnerships. The West Midlands consistently secures the largest share of UK regional Foreign Direct Investment outside London, while Birmingham recorded its highest-ever residential completions in 2025.
Together, these strengths define a region converting ambition into action and strategy into tangible delivery.
Meet the
