Keon Homes develop medium to large scale residential affordable housing projects as well as retirement villages, Care and later living.
Keon Homes has the capability, flexibility, and financial strength to take on medium to large-scale projects with a high degree of complexity, such as Extra Care schemes, as well as medium to large residential housing projects.
Keon operates on a Brownfield first approach, our land- led model will find, secure and purchase suitable sites, with our inhouse design and build services helping to unlock complex sites. A versatile approach to construction techniques, coupled with experience of sustainable design and Modern Methods of Construction, will also play a key part in future growth. Working in partnership with our clients and supply chain is fundamental to the way we operate, and we understand the importance of building strong and trusting relationships. We sit on a number of construction Frameworks that offer the ability for Local Authorities and Housing Associations to procure or services either via Direct Award or Mini Tender. One such framework is the City Of Wolverhampton large sites framework, whereby we are currently working on over ten brownfield regeneration schemes.
Keon Homes is part of the Tara Group which is a family-owned independent company originally founded in 1974 by Noel Sweeney and is also made up of Cameron Homes and Chasetown Civil Engineering.
