Lovell Partnerships

Lovell Partnerships is a leading provider of housing-led regeneration, construction and retrofit in the West Midlands with a commitment to adding tangible value to the communities in which it builds.
Through genuine collaboration, Lovell Partnerships is accelerating the delivery of sustainable, high-quality, and affordable homes in the West Midlands. For over 50 years, Lovell has led the way in forging strong partnerships between the public and private sectors to deliver homes that not only meet the needs of communities but are also built with environmental responsibility at the forefront.
We continue to forge partnerships across the region with local authorities and registered providers and to unlock housing across the full range of tenures, including estate regeneration. Our partnership with the West Midlands Combined Authority continues, having delivered over 800 homes to date and bought back over 46 acres of land into economic use, helping to regenerate and bring opportunity to local communities.
Lovell is also leading the way with refurbishment and decarbonisation schemes, delivering the ‘Warm Homes: Social Housing Fund’ (formerly the Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund.) The third wave of the strategy aligns with the rebrand of the refurbishment and retrofit team to Lovell Renew and reflects its commitment to sustainable, energy-efficient homes while prioritising residents’ comfort and wellbeing.
Once again, joining the West Midlands Growth Company at UKREiiF presents a great opportunity for us to collaboratively highlight how public and private sector partnerships have been pivotal to the ongoing growth and delivery of high-quality and affordable housing in the region.
We’re excited to connect with others in the industry at the event, allowing us the opportunity to continue vital conversations, including championing brownfield regeneration and estate regeneration, working together towards housing targets and how we can provide our local communities with the infrastructure and community that they deserve.

Lovell also looks to utilise its expertise and work to provide opportunities for the communities they work within and the region’s young people in crisis. ‘We’ve Got You’, a collaboration between Lovell, the Care Leaver Covenant, St Basils, Birmingham City Council and Birmingham Children’s Trust, is a crucial project which looks to support and create vital opportunities for vulnerable young people in the West Midlands.
Furthering its passion for creating a tangible difference to communities, Lovell launched a recruitment and skills programme ‘Built By You’ in 2024 alongside Telford & Wrekin Council, Telford College and Nuplace. The flagship initiative was launched to boost skills and support people preparing for a future career in the construction industry, and is already proving a huge success.
