Lovell Partnerships
Premier Partner

Lovell is a national partnerships housing specialist which creates great homes and places through meaningful, long-term partnerships.

Driven by the belief that everyone deserves a decent home, regardless of their background or circumstances, we provide creative construction, regeneration, and retrofit solutions to our partners across England, Scotland, and Wales. With a strong focus on maximising affordable housing and shaping places that people are proud to call home, we work with communities and local leaders to ensure we have a positive impact everywhere we build.

We are proud of our long-standing partnerships in the West Midlands, which are playing a significant part in accelerating the delivery of housing in the region. We are working with local authorities, registered providers, Homes England and the West Midlands Combined Authority to turn stalled brownfield sites into multi-tenure developments which provide homes close to jobs and transport hubs. This includes the £45.7m Station Quarter project in Telford, which is the first scheme to bring residential living to the town centre.

We were recently appointed as the preferred development partner on the Druid’s Health estate regeneration scheme in Birmingham, which ultimately aims to create 3,500 new and improved homes, of which over half will be affordable.

People are the foundation of our business. As well as directly employing over 200 people in the West Midlands, we also support the region through our social value initiatives, our inclusive approach to community engagement, and strong local supply chains.

Opportunity in the West Midlands has reached new heights over the past year, and we are proud to extend our long-standing partnership with the West Midlands Growth Company by becoming a Premium Partner at UKREiiF 2026.

People and partnerships are at the core of everything we do at Lovell. By working collaboratively across the public and private sectors – and crucially with communities – we are helping to bring forward new and improved homes, regenerate neighbourhoods to meet the aspirations of both residents and our partners, and grow the West Midlands economy.

We’re looking forward to flying the flag for the West Midlands at this year’s UKREiiF and to forging new connections that will help us and our partners create even more opportunity for people and places across our region.
