In 1996 a small group of professionals saw a gap in the market to launch a pre-let commercial property development company with a difference. Our niche back then, as it is now, was to be a company that listened to your business needs, to tailor your requirements and to then develop you a building of substance. We are privately owned, therefore all our shareholders play an active role in the running of our company. This we believe strengthens our commitment to your business, for swift decisions and a high interest in the management of every project we are involved with.
Over the years our company has organically grown into over 20 employees. Working with Stoford you get a seamless process throughout the whole of your development scheme.
