Birmingham Central Heart Prospectus

The Birmingham Central Heart Prospectus describes the vision and principles to ensure a comprehensive place-based approach is taken to the area. The Prospectus has been created in collaboration with landowners and development partners. It outlines some of the City’s most exciting development and investment opportunities, offering significant growth and investment potential, with delivery support from the Council and its stakeholder partners. Opportunities include the potential to deliver over 5,000 homes, up to 8,000 jobs, over 400,000 sqm of commercial floorspace and over 7 hectares of new public space.
