The transformative power of the West Midlands will be on full display at the UK’s Real Estate Investment and Infrastructure Forum 2025, showcasing to investors the region’s progressive, diverse and dynamic ecosystem.

The three-day event, held from 20th–22nd May 2025, connects public and private-sector decision-makers to highlight investment opportunities, driving economic growth through development and regeneration.

Three Cities, Seven Local Authorities

West Midlands Growth Company and its partners, including the seven local authorities comprising the West Midlands Combined Authority (WMCA), look forward to discussing over £18bn opportunities with developers, funders, and investors.

The West Midlands’ thriving ecosystem is leading the charge on global innovation from the heart of the United Kingdom. Our region regularly achieves the largest share of all UK regional foreign direct investment outside of London. In the last 12 months, our exports grew by 26% – the best growth of any region or nation in the UK and more than double the national average.
