West Midlands
at UKREiiF 2026

The West Midlands is setting the pace for UK regeneration, delivering some of the country’s most ambitious schemes.

These will be on full display at the UK’s Real Estate Investment and Infrastructure Forum 2026, as our 140+ delegation showcases the region’s £20 billion pipeline of investment-ready opportunities and demonstrates its track record on delivery, catalysed by public-private partnerships.

While other regions are growing, none can match the West Midlands’ scale of connectivity, collaboration, and delivery.

The West Midlands’ real estate momentum is underpinned by strong public sector leadership across the region’s local authorities and the West Midlands Combined Authority, which has secured over £1 billion in funding since 2018 to unlock housing delivery and stimulate the market.

In a challenging global environment, the region’s ability to align public and private partners, deploy devolved powers and funding, and leverage strong relationships with government is more critical than ever in driving development forward.

A distinctive demographic profile provides a long-term engine for both residential and commercial demand. High graduate retention, strong internal migration, and a deep, diverse talent pool ensure businesses can access the talent they need from a highly connected central UK location.

What’s on at the
West Midlands Pavilion?

We will be hosting a content-rich three-day event programme at the 200sqm standalone West Midlands Pavilion, covering all three days of UKREiiF. From early Tuesday morning to Thursday, our Pavilion will be the place to be.

Real estate leaders, public officials and local market leaders will dissect the West Midlands real estate market through five strategic themes: Big Moves, Money Talks, Urban Living, It Starts in the West Midlands and The Next Generation.

Three Cities, Eight Local Authorities

The West Midlands Growth Company and its partners, including the seven local authorities that comprise the West Midlands Combined Authority and Warwickshire, will be presenting over £20bn of investment opportunities with developers, funders and investors.

A thriving regional ecosystem is accelerating delivery and unlocking major schemes through effective public-private partnerships. The West Midlands consistently secures the largest share of UK regional Foreign Direct Investment outside London, while Birmingham recorded its highest-ever residential completions in 2025.

Together, these strengths define a region converting ambition into action and strategy into tangible delivery.
