It boasts a thriving residential market, anchored by Birmingham, which saw record residential completions in 2025.
National leaders will dissect the West Midlands’ secret sauce, exploring why the region’s residential market is thriving while others stall, and how it continues to capture significant international interest.

Join us for this morning diving into the vibrant changes taking place as we design for Europe’s youngest talent pool, followed by a celebratory lunch marking milestones at Lendlease’s flagship Birmingham Smithfield development – the new heartbeat of the city.
