Our landmark scheme – the Great Hampton Street masterplan regeneration project – is currently underway, with five active sites located along the key arterial route into the city offering a range of housing options for different occupants. This includes Birmingham’s first purpose-built shared living scheme, Bradford Works, BTR development The Lampworks, and luxury heritage regeneration development The Gothic.
